Store Policies
General Policy
- All products sold by Printware are covered by the guarantees provided
by their respective manufacturers for quality, workmanship and fitness
for the purpose for which they are intended to be used.
- Any defective products may be returned for exchange, credit or
refund within a reasonable time. Printware will arrange for the pick
up and replacement of defective goods at its own expense. For printer
consumables, please provide a printed sheet clearly showing the fault.
Any goods found not to be faulty will be charged for, including the
additional freight costs.
- All consumables will be exchanged or credited within 14 days if
unopened and in original unmarked condition. The customer will be
liable for any freight costs incurred.
- Please contact us if you believe you have received a faulty product.
Many apparent faults can be fixed up over the phone in just a few
seconds!
- We require a residential or business address for delivery purposes.
We will not deliver to PO Boxes – other than by prior arrangement.
Signatures are required upon delivery.
- All prices quoted on this website are correct as of the date of
publication. Printware reserves the right to adjust prices without
notice.
- Printware will not be held liable for any errors or omissions on
this website. All images are for illustrative purposes only and may
not be exact representations of the products they are associated with.

In the unlikely event you find a lower price elsewhere on an identical
item - we'll better the difference by 10%!!
Just email us the details of the item/s and the competitors lower
pricing, along with the competitors details (company name, phone number,
& web address), and we'll get back to you. It's that simple!

- Price comparison is based on a 'Total' comparison - including freight
charges etc..

Freight charges for orders over 3kgs will be calculated on a weight
basis. For orders over 3kgs we will contact you by phone or email to advise total freight
cost & confirm order.
All goods shipped by Australia Post are sent using regular
mail.
Registered post is available upon request & will be quoted.
